Arizona Home Rebates is a niche service for homebuyers considering buying a home from a new home builder in the greater Phoenix area. By participating in the program, you'll receive a $5,000 rebate to help pay for many of the common expenses that come with purchasing a home - such as title/escrow fees, pre-paid HOA dues, or even buying down a lower interest rate!
How Does it Work?
New home builders pay Real Estate Agents commissions when their clients buy a home in their community. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, I take $5,000 of that commission from the builder and give it back to you, the home buyer, via a closing cost credit. (What's a closing cost credit?)
The Credit is available on all new homes from new home builders. That includes custom builds, as well as quick move in homes.
Who is Eligible?
Anyone buying a home from a new home builder in the Phoenix Metro area, and who has NOT registered in that community already.
All new home builders share a similar rule: A home buyer MUST NOT enter the on-site sales office without a licensed agent on their first visit to the community, or the builder will NOT pay a commission to any Real Estate Agent - which means you will miss out on tapping that source of additional savings. If you go into the sales office “just to look” you are now locked into that community WITHOUT representation and without a rebate, even if you decide to purchase much later - Get registered before you go!
